For over a decade I've worked as a Senior UX Designer and consultant across some of the most complex, regulated industries there are — healthcare, finance, and insurance. My work spans the full design process: leading user research, facilitating discovery, prototyping and testing, and iterating through delivery alongside product and engineering teams.I'm known for making user-centred design legible to stakeholders, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and producing work that holds up under scrutiny — whether that's an accessibility audit, a usability test, or a clinical workflow.
